“JOSEPH” AUDITIONS – December 9th and 10th

The DC High School Theater Department would like to announce that auditions for the upcoming spring musical “Joseph and the Amazing imgres1Technicolor Dreamcoat” we be held on December 9th and 10th from 3:15pm – 5:30pm.

“Joseph” retells the classic bible story found in Genesis in a fun and colorful way. Rousing chorus numbers, great choreography, moving drama, all combine to present a wonderful evening of entertainment for the whole family. The staging of this show in 1968 helped to launch the amazing career of composer Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, who went on to write some of Broadway’s most renowned musicals including “The Phantom of the Opera”, “Evita” and “Cats”.

Please stop by the show Information Meeting on Wednesday (1:00pm – 1:25pm) in the Presidents Dining Room (F-106) during lunch to learn more. Or you can pick up an information packet at the 3rd floor “Theater” or “Music” boards.

This is going to be a blast and a blessing! We hope that you can be part of the fun and excitement of arena theater at Dayton Christian this spring…

Sincerely,
Mr. Sellers
